Ditchling Fair is truly one of the highlights of village life and has been since 1312. That's right - AD 1312...as in for over 700+ years!

Rogues, Raves and Razzmatazz!

Ditchling Fair is truly one of the highlights of village life. A biennial event, 2024 will mark 712 years of celebration...

This year's theme is 'Rogues, Raves and Razzmatazz'!

We encourage everyone to dress up on the day as their favourite rogue, or raver, and always with some Razzmatazz!

Ditchling Fair 2024, Wear your weird!

 

 

However behind this single day, not only does there sit a rich and proud village history, but also a dedicated group of volunteers who plan and prepare the fair for at least a year in advance. Our aim is to ensure that we do justice to our fair legacy, that we raise money for the Ditchling Village Association (our village charity which does so much good work) and finally to ensure that the fair is fabulous fun for all and inclusive, offering something for everyone.

Please do come and support us on the day, or indeed if you would like to get involved (we always need more willing volunteers!) we would love to hear from you.

Get Involved

Ditchling Fair is run entirely by a dedicated team of volunteers. Not only is it hugely rewarding helping with the lead up as the fair comes together, but also on the day itself it is simply wonderful to be able to get involved and ensure the fair’s success.
